Quick one on working from home

Perhaps because I had a breakdown which led to hospital earlier in the year, I’m being a bit more careful now.

Advice to everyone - please have a timetable. Working from home means that there is a possibility that you'd want to overcompensate. It's dangerous.

Designate an hour in between your work time to have lunch and a light nap. You'll be shocked at how much it helps.

Finally, try and keep weekends sacred. Since Sbm Intelligence started working from home on the first day a #covid19 #coronavirus victim was announced in #Nigeria, I’ve been exclusively using my phone and tablet at the weekends. I won’t turn on the laptop.

Biko nụ, your body is not a joke. The real killer in COVID-19 is the propensity of the virus to overwhelm hospitals. So do everything you can not to have to go to hospital.
